ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT PURCHASES

1. Safe Operation & Assumption of Risk By purchasing equipment from Welch Pest Control llc/VM Specialty Equipment LLC], the buyer acknowledges that this machine is a commercial-grade, remote-controlled piece of industrial machinery. Operation of this equipment carries inherent risks of property damage, personal injury, or death if handled improperly. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring operators are fully trained, wearing proper safety gear, and operating the unit in compliance with local regulations and terrain limits.

2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welch Pest Control LLC/VM Specialty Equipment LLC] shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, business interruption, or personal injury—resulting from the use, misuse, or mechanical failure of the equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the machine.

3. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, with legal jurisdiction held in Fresno County, California.
