• 100% Refundable Before Shipment: If your plans change, your project gets delayed, or you simply change your mind anytime before your machine leaves our Central California facility, just email us. We will issue a 100% full refund of your $5,000 payment and shipping fee immediately. No questions asked, no cancellation penalties.

• Once It Ships (Final Sale): Once your unit passes our rigorous performance inspection and is loaded onto the domestic freight truck heading to your address/terminal, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or refunds on heavy equipment once it has shipped.

• Our Performance Guarantee: Remember, your machine is covered by our 1-Year Limited Major Component Warranty. If any factory defect occurs with your engine, drive motors, or controller within the first 12 months, we ship the replacement parts directly from our California warehouse next-day to get you back to work.
